MALAYAN Banking Bhd has announced that it is experiencing a service disruption affecting DuitNow transactions, including QR payments, money transfers, bill payments and other related services.
In a statement posted on its X platform on Wednesday, the bank said some transactions may take longer than usual to process or may be temporarily delayed.
“During this period, you may continue to use Interbank GIRO facilities as usual for fund transfers,” the statement said.
“We are taking steps to restore the affected services as quickly as possible,” it added.
