KUALA LUMPUR –The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives traded higher in early trade today, tracking the better performance on the underlying cash market.
At 9.25am, spot month November 2020 and March 2021 rose 1.5 points each to 1,466.5 and 1,458.5, respectively, December 2020 increased 0.5 points to 1,464.0, while distant month June 2021 gained 5.5 points to 1,451.0,
Turnover stood at 967 lots, with open interest at 24,513 contracts.
The benchmark FBM KLCI, however, slipped 0.98 of-a-point to 1,465.48 after 40 minutes of trading. – Bernama, November 3, 2020
