THREE men associated with GISB Holdings (GISBH) were charged in the Seremban Sessions Court today, with a total of 14 counts of sexual assault on children.

The trio, all employees of a religious school in Kuala Pilah, pleaded not guilty after the charges were read before Judge Surita Budin.

Muhammad Habib Noh Mohd Zairi, 21; Muhammad Khunais Fathie Khabil, 20, and Ahmad Nadzful Izham Azizan face five, six and three charges respectively.

All the accused were charged under the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017 for the act at a madrasah in Kuala Pilah.

The Sessions Court judge allowed bail of RM12,000 for each accused for each charge faced.

The court fixed Oct 30 for mention and also the appointment of a lawyer.

Earlier, the accused arrived at the court complex from the Kuala Pilah district police headquarters in a police van before being taken to the court lock-up.

This is the second charge involving GISBH after a man who is also a member of the group was charged in the Putrajaya Magistrate's Court yesterday, for an offence involving criminal threats.
