PARTI Solidariti Tanah Airku (Star) president, Jeffrey Kitingan, successfully defended his seat in the Tambunan State Legislative Assembly (DUN) based on unofficial results from today's State Election (PRN).

Star previously withdrew from Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) following its collaboration with Pakatan Harapan.

This is the fourth term for the veteran politician, who was once dubbed the 'political frog' in Sabah, winning in a seven-cornered clash in the 17th PRN.
