POLICE in Kuala Pilah are investigating the alleged assault of a 14-year-old Form Two student who was reportedly beaten by a 16-year-old senior in a school dormitory on Sept 27.
Kuala Pilah district police chief Superintendent Muhamad Mustafah Hussin said the incident was believed to have occurred at about 11.40pm in one of the school’s dormitories.
“Police are investigating an incident involving a male student who suffered injuries after allegedly being assaulted by another student at a secondary school hostel.
“Initial investigations found that the victim, a 14-year-old male student, was allegedly called to a dormitory by a 16-year-old senior following a disagreement between the victim and the suspect,” he said today.
Muhamad Mustafah said the victim was allegedly assaulted while in the dormitory and subsequently sought treatment at Hospital Tuanku Ampuan Najihah.
“An examination by the hospital found that the victim had suffered soft-tissue injuries,” he said.
Police have identified the suspect and are continuing investigations under Section 323 of the Penal Code for voluntarily causing hurt.
Muhamad Mustafah urged the public not to speculate or circulate unverified information, and to allow police to conduct the investigation. - October 8, 2026
