KUALA LUMPUR – The price of 5kg bottled cooking oil will go down by RM2 to RM31.50 from October 8 to November 7.

Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Alexander Nanta Linggi says the new price was set following a drop in the average price of raw palm oil.

Besides that, he said that the new price of 3kg bottled cooking oil will go down to RM19.90 from RM21.10; 2kg bottle (RM13.50 from RM14.30); and 1kg bottle (RM7.10 from RM7.50). – Bernama, October 3, 2022
