PETALING JAYA – TikTok users are debating if a video of a boy belting out a Terra Rossa hit at an Indian wedding is the product of a green screen edit or genuine.

Whether the background was edited, the fact remains that the boy is talented as his voice soared with Bunga Angkasa, a popular Malay rock ballad from the 90s.

In the video, the boy, presumably Indian, stood on a stage singing the song while the cameraman was moving about behind him to take photos of what was happening at the dais.

Wedding attendees could be seen walking around, seemingly not paying close attention to the boy as he sang.

The video first appeared on TikTok yesterday, shared by @burnpazzword.

In the caption, the account owner only said the video was obtained from a friend, without providing more information.

The video has garnered over 63,000 Likes since it was put up.

User @abam_halim wondered if there was a green screen used in the video – the footage of the boy singing could have been shot elsewhere but was superimposed against the backdrop of an Indian wedding for this video.

However, some were not convinced, as they believed that the video looked genuine and original.

Many commended the boy's vocal prowess, as the song’s chorus is rather difficult to pull off.

In any case, the boy’s stunning performance left many still wondering about his identity. – The Vibes, October 6, 2023
