The Malaysian Aviation Commission (Mavcom) has since said MYAirline is responsible for reimbursing all customers who have booked flights but can no longer travel after the airline suspended its operations.
Mavcom has asked MYAirline to manage all affected customers which includes notifying them of the suspension and publishing the said notification in the airline’s available communication channels. - The Vibes, October 12, 2023
