The traditional season-opening Charity Shield match will take place this Friday, where Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) will face Kedah Darul Aman FC at Stadium Sultan Ibrahim.

This year, a total of 12 teams will compete to vie for the Super League 2021 title. The first round begins with the Charity Cup match, with the remainder of the matches being played that weekend. The final round of matches are scheduled to be played on August 8, 2021, when the Super League champion will be crowned.
