The new English Premier League season has just started, and Liverpool is in great form.  They are undefeated and playing good football, and after beating the mighty Gunners this week, the Anfield boys fear no one.  Like Jurgen Klopp said in a press conference two weeks back, “We are happy to get Thiago Alacantara, but we are not going to roll out the red carpet for him because he is walking into a team of winners.  Most of our guys have won a Champions League just like him.  So we move forward to achieve success again.”

But the major question is, can Liverpool achieve long-term success as they did in the ’80s?  I personally think they can and I am not a Liverpool fan.  I support the blue side of Merseyside

Recently, on my new show Sunday Learnings with Ben, I interviewed club legend John Barnes and asked him what the word “success” means to him? And if this current Liverpool squad can go on a run and dominate English Football in the years to come?

Enjoy the show and this season Liverpool fans.  Your favourite Beatles song is very loud right now, but how long will it continue?  We live in tough times, but god bless the inspiration that is Football.
