KUALA LUMPUR − Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One (F1) driver, George Russell, was impressed by his visit to the Petronas AutoExpert’s flagship outlet in Jalan Chan Sow Lin.

Describing the experience as interesting, Russell said the visit, which showcased the services provided at the one-stop solutions centre, showed him just how important Petronas’ customers are to them.

“From its innovative products, down to the team’s professionalism − it was really interesting to see the same fluid technology that is used to keep our Formula One cars at the most optimum condition on the Formula One track transfer over to benefit every consumer on the road,” he said in a statement issued by Petronas today.

During the visit, the British racer was introduced to the various functions and solutions offered for all automotive services.

The workshop is equipped with highly trained technicians and uses genuine Petronas lubricants and fluids developed with the same Fluid Technology Solutions™ formulation that powered the team to its eighth world constructors’ championship.

Meanwhile, the outlet owner, Zulkanin Jaharudin admitted they were excited to demonstrate the full range of services available at Petronas AutoExpert to Russell.

Petronas AutoExpert, which had its first outlet in Shah Alam in April 2019, currently has 14 outlets within its network in Malaysia and is expected to have a total of 50 outlets by the end of 2022.

Outside of Malaysia, there are more than 3,000 outlets within the Petronas AutoExpert network across China, Europe and South America. – Bernama, April 13, 2022
