MATRIX Concepts Holdings Berhad (Matrix Concepts) recently launched its Matrix 30A HOME Rush Campaign in conjunction with its 30th Anniversary celebrations, marking the Group's biggest-ever homeownership campaign and unveiling more than RM30 million worth of savings, rewards and prizes.

Running from 30 June to 30 November 2026, the Matrix 30A HOME Rush Campaign is anchored by the proposition "Buy a Home. Stand to Win Another."

As part of the campaign, Matrix Concepts is set to offer more than RM30 million worth of savings, rewards and prizes over the five months.

The campaign extends across Matrix Concepts’ developments in Negeri Sembilan, Johor and the Klang Valley, offering more homebuyers the opportunity to participate in the Group's milestone anniversary celebration.

Eligible purchasers of participating developments will stand a chance to win one of three grand homes worth over RM1.6 million in total, alongside a host of anniversary privileges designed to enhance the homeownership journey.

Selected participating projects will also offer cash rewards of up to RM100,000, while other campaign highlights include exclusive Matrix Mystery Home Boxes, Signature Kitchen rewards, referral incentives and interactive experiences.

Adding an element of excitement to every purchase, eligible homebuyers who book selected Matrix homes during the campaign period will receive an exclusive Matrix Mystery Home Box featuring a limited-edition Matrix Elementals collectable.

Inside each box is a Mystery Reward Card that allows purchasers to uncover surprise property vouchers and rewards ranging from RM1,888 to RM5,888, adding an element of anticipation and delight to the homeownership journey.
