JAMESON Malaysia will be holding a specially curated virtual event today for St Patrick’s Day and everyone is called on to “Join In, Wherever You Are”. The Jameson Connects event will be livestreamed on the Jameson Malaysia Facebook and Instagram pages and is packed with a line-up of entertainment featuring local artistes and personalities.

From Bar Challenges to a BBQ Cook-Off and even a Quiz Night for everyone to take part in, Jameson Connects aims to bring the liveliness of St Patrick’s Day to you.

Hosted by radio and television personality Ryan Matjeraie, the event will also feature livestreamed performances from Kaya, Ryot Jones, NYK and Talitha Tan.

Those tuning in will also have the chance to get special promo codes to use on products and special merchandise. The programme will be held today from 8pm onwards on Jameson Facebook and Instagram Live.

St Patrick’s Day is an Irish national holiday that is widely celebrated across the globe. While it is traditionally celebrated on March 17, Jameson is letting the good times flow with a myriad of activities and promotions happening throughout the month. Jameson is determined to bring the Irish conviviality to its consumers by overcoming the barriers and finding new ways to connect with them for the love of good drinks and great company.

Also, in conjunction with the festivities, Jameson has collaborated with local streetwear brand, Pestle & Mortar to design some limited-edition merchandise. The Jameson x Pestle & Mortar partnership features two T-shirt designs, a tote bag, and a cap, as well as a special Jameson bottle gift pack.

Inspired by Jameson’s motto, Sine Metu, which translates to “without fear”, the designs depict the fearless, independent spirit of the brand using Pestle & Mortar’s signature style.

“We wanted to offer our consumers something a little different this St Patrick’s Day. We decided to partner with Pestle & Mortar because, just as Jameson isn’t just about whiskey, Pestle & Mortar isn’t just about streetwear – it’s about individuality, lifestyle, and culture; three things that we as a brand are passionate about.

"Pestle & Mortar are proudly Malaysian, and Jameson is proudly Irish, so we wanted to showcase the best of both our homelands through this collaboration,” said Karen Lee, group brand manager for Whisk(e)y and White Spirits at Pernod Ricard Malaysia.

The collaboration merchandise will be available on Pestle & Mortar’s website (http://pestlemortarclothing.com/) as well as the Pestle & Mortar official Shopee store. The limited-edition Jameson x Pestle & Mortar Gift Box will be available at selected Jaya Grocer, Mercato, Aeon, and Oliver Gourmet retail till the end of April:
