NEGERI Sembilan State Executive Councillor (Exco) for Health, Unity, Information, National Integration, and Non-Governmental Organisations, Suhaimizan Bizar, confirmed receiving a letter revoking his appointment with immediate effect last night.
However, the State Assemblyman (ADUN) for Gemencheh declined to comment further on the matter.
"I did receive a letter last night via WhatsApp. But I cannot comment. I apologise.
"I am not even sure who sent it; I believe it came from the Palace," he said briefly via WhatsApp to Sinar Harian.
Meanwhile, attempts to contact several other Exco members for further updates regarding the revocation of their appointments were unsuccessful.
Earlier, the Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan revoked the appointments of the State Executive Council members with immediate effect.
According to a statement issued last night by the Comptroller of the Royal Household of the Negeri Sembilan Palace, Datuk Azizi Mohamad Ali, the decision was made after it was determined that all the Exco members involved had breached their oaths of office. – September 21, 2026
