KUALA LUMPUR – Lawyers and pupils under the Selangor Bar will be prioritised for Covid-19 vaccination, according to a circular.

“We are delighted to inform members that the Selangor Health Department has agreed to make arrangements through the Selangor Bar to prioritise Covid-19 vaccination for all Selangor Bar members and pupils,” it read.

They will have to provide their details by 4pm on Friday for submission to the Health Department.

Those already with confirmed vaccination appointments on MySejahtera are not eligible.

The circular said the Selangor Bar hopes it can start fixing immunisation dates next week and find a suitable venue for the programme.

The Special Committee on Ensuring Access to Covid-19 Vaccine Supply announced that as of today, 6,051,198 individuals have been vaccinated, with 4,384,441 getting their first dose and 1,666,757, the second.

Yesterday, 235,623 people across the country received the jab. – The Vibes, June 22, 2021
