SHAH ALAM – Rawang assemblyman Chua Wei Kiat has been made Selangor PKR Youth chief, with his appointment effective yesterday.
In a statement, PKR Youth secretary Syukri Razab said Chua will announce the full line-up of the wing’s state chapter committee following discussions with other division heads.
Chua’s appointment follows a meeting between wing chief Akmal Nasrullah Mohd Nasir and state PKR Youth division heads on Tuesday.
He replaces Najwan Halimi, who was dropped from the post on Monday. – Bernama, July 1, 2021
