SG BULOH – A male teacher who allegedly made inappropriate jokes, as if to encourage students to engage in rape, did not face further police action once investigation was concluded.
Sg Buloh police chief Shafa’aton Abu Bakar said police received a no-further-action notice from the deputy public prosecutor regarding the case.
In a tweet today, Ain Husniza Saiful Nizam said she will be going to the Sg Buloh district police headquarters at 5pm tomorrow with her father over a report lodged by the alleged teacher.

Meanwhile, she said yesterday that she was handed a RM1 million defamation suit.
“I suddenly received a letter of demand for ‘defamatory statements’,” tweeted the Form 5 student.
“In the letter, I was given seven days to respond to the demands, including to settle RM1,000,000 in damages.”
Her father, Saiful Nizam Abdul Wahab, told the Malay Mail that the letter of demand was from the aforementioned teacher.
Ain Husniza, 17, had earlier this year made headlines after publicising her teacher’s alleged trivialisation of rape.
