KUALA LUMPUR – Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob is slated to announce the reopening of international borders and post-pandemic management protocols this evening.

In a 5.30pm live broadcast on all news channels today, the prime minister is also expected to explain new plans and procedures for the country’s economic recovery.

Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin, in a tweet this evening, painted an optimistic picture about the relaxation of rules and a return to normalcy.

“The prime minister will announce the management of the pandemic and opening up of international borders at 5.30pm today,” he said. – The Vibes, March 8, 2022
