MATRIX Concepts Holdings Bhd recently launched its second Klang Valley development named Levia Residence in Pandan Perdana, Cheras.

This was done in conjunction with the opening ceremony of the Levia Residence Sales Gallery in Taman Shamelin Perkasa, Cheras.

According to its chief executive officer, Chai Keng Wei, the 4.7-acre Levia Residence comprises two 36-storey apartment towers, consisting of 389 units in each tower.

The project has a gross development value of RM523 million and there will be four layout types - Type A (767 sq ft), Type B (938 sq ft), Type C (1,109 sq ft) and Type D (1,364 sq ft).

"Prices start at RM684,000 and the project should be completed by the third quarter (Q3) of 2027.

"We have already achieved a 75 per cent take-up rate for tower A which was soft-launched in October last year," he said.

He said the second tower of Levia Residence will be open for sale at a later date.

"We have decided to adjust prices for Tower B as a reflection of the enhanced value that Tower B will bring and the exceptional features offered by the development," he said.

Meanwhile, Matrix Concepts chairman Datuk Mohamad Haslah Mohamad Amin said what makes Levia Residence truly distinctive is not just the architecture or the amenities, but the commitment to create a community that fosters a sense of belonging and well-being.

"It is not only about the structures but about the stories that will expand within the residents with laughter, joy and shared moments of life that will transform these residences into homes.

The Levia Residence will come with a wide range of 25 facilities surrounded by lush landscaping including a forest garden, farm kitchen, herbs garden, a 35-metre infinity pool and jacuzzi combined.

It will also feature a Sky Lounge with a Garden Deck offering breathtaking views of the KL Twin Towers, Merdeka 118 and Tun Razak Exchange (TRX).

Residents will also enjoy exclusive features, including security systems enhanced by smart Al-powered CCTV, a smart concierge services kiosk, a golf simulator, extensive electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, and contactless smart facial and iris recognition access to the lift lobby. - The Vibes, January 27, 2024
