KUALA LUMPUR – Mah Sing Group Bhd will be developing a new residential project in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, Sepang with an estimated gross development value of RM656 million.

In a statement today, the property developer said the 40.47ha development, named M Senyum, is envisaged to be a landed residential project comprising mainly double-storey terrace houses with prices starting from RM399,000.

“M Senyum is expected to be developed over a span of five years, with the registration of interest and launch targeted to be in the second half of 2021,” it said.

The proposed development comes after Mah Sing's wholly-owned subsidiary, Oasis Garden Development Sdn Bhd accepted a counter approval letter from the Sepang District Office for the land acquisition amounting to RM95.83 million.

“The mid-range products of M Senyum are expected to attract a large catchment of home upgraders as the development is near established townships such as Kota Warisan, Bandar Baru Nilai, Dengkil, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya,” said Mah Sing. – Bernama, February 19, 2021
