GREAT news for fans of Indie music in Kuala Lumpur as Drum Asia, a prominent name in the Malaysian music scene, presents ‘Syok Rock’, an exhilarating event featuring some of the top Malaysian indie rock bands.

This vibrant musical celebration takes place at Drum Asia Studio in Hartamas starting at 8pm tonight.

Organiser Sid Menon promises an unforgettable night of musical exploration and diversity, showcasing the unique sounds and styles of four outstanding Malaysian indie rock bands.

He said that the band comprising of Golden Mammoth, Capt’N Trips And The Kid, Cats in Love, and The Filters, who have been performing for a combined total of about 20 years are itching to perform to their waiting loyal fans.

To add to the night and celebrating fourteen years of musical creativity, Cats in Love will bring their debut album to life at Syok Rock.

With a straightforward rocker like Black Monday, mixed and mastered by Ashwin Gobinath of Nadir Studios Malaysia, Cats in Love promises an exciting and universally relatable performance.

Syok Rock is a testament to Drum Asia's commitment to promoting and celebrating the diverse talents within the indie rock scene.
