FURRYKIDS Safehaven (FKSH), one of Malaysia’s largest no-kill dog sanctuary will be holding a fundraising gala dinner with a glittering theme: "Glitz & Doggo – A Night of Woofs and Wonders" to raise funds to help support over 2,000 rescued dogs at the home.

FKSH is a no-kill shelter that survives on public donations to continuously rescue, rehabilitate, and provide lifelong care to abandoned, abused, injured, special-needs dogs and those pulled from life-threatening hotspots.

"From newborn pups to senior residents, FKSH is a haven to over 2,000 lives - and with your help, many more can be saved from danger and despair.

"As a 100% donation-funded, no-kill shelter, FKSH depends on public generosity to keep tails wagging and hopes alive," said FKSH vice-president Rohini Harichandra.

The dinner will be held on November 8 from 6pm onwards at the Dynasty Dragon Seafood Restaurant, Balakong.

During the eight-course dinner, there will be live entertainment, auctions, raffles, heartfelt stories and inspiring moments—all in support of the rescued dogs that call FKSH home.

For more enquiries, sponsorships or reservations for the gala dinner, please contact Kiran Bhatt or Rohini Harichandra via email [email protected] or call 016-230 7584 (Kiran), 019- 6625 233 (Rohini). – August 19, 2025
