A WOMAN was lucky to escape unhurt after she crashed into several cows that suddenly dashed across as she was travelling along Jalan Baru, Perai in Seberang Prai recently.

In a social media post, Anson Alice said she had since lodged a report with the Seberang Prai City Council (MBSP) but was told that checks by them revealed there were no cows in the area.

“I lodged a report so I can locate the owner of the cows. I did not expect to receive such a reply.

“If it was a motorcyclist, he could have been killed,” she said.

She attached a video of the incident which shows several cows suddenly dashing across the road through an opening in the centre road dividers.

The impact of the collision caused two cows to be flung into the air and later seen getting back up and running off.

Anson’s SUV was badly damaged in the incident, and she said she was now unable to go out and meet her clients.

“I now have to ask my clients to come to my house to have their nails done as I do not have transport,” she said. – The Vibes, February 6, 2024
