THE Subang Jaya City Council (MBSJ) recently took action against foreigners who had conveniently turned a pedestrian bridge there into their 'home'.

Their 'homes' were even complete with mattresses, chairs and other items.

MBSJ in its official Facebook revealed that it had since seized all the items and also cleaned the bridge for safe public use.

From the photographs, it can be seen that the foreigners were also drying their clothes and other items on the railings of the bridge.

”Subang Jaya City Council has taken strict action against foreign nationals using a pedestrian bridge as a sleeping place by confiscating all items at the location and conducting a cleanup,” it said.

The council also encouraged residents to report their complaints to MBSJ via its website at https://www.mbsj.gov.my/ms/saluran-aduan or contact enforcement through WhatsApp at 019-220 7823. - October 12, 2024
