NUR Khalisya, the teenage girl, who was reported missing 11 days ago, has been found safe at the home of her foster family in Seremban Putra.

Wangsa Maju District Police Chief Assistant Commissioner Mohamad Lazim Ismail confirmed the discovery today, adding that further details about the situation will be provided later.

Khalisya, the younger sister of former Harimau Malaya striker Hadin Azman, was last seen on February 25 after returning from school.

A missing person report was filed when the 16-year-old was not found after school hours.

Her mother, aged 44, reported the incident at 11:29 PM on the same day, stating that she had dropped Khalisya off at Convent Secondary School (SMK Convent Jalan Peel) at 7am.

Later that afternoon, at around 4pm, the mother returned to the school to pick up her daughter, who had informed her she would be attending a dance class.

However, after waiting for nearly 40 minutes, the teenager was still not there, and the school's security guard informed her that no students were present on the premises at that time.

"The mother then contacted Khalisya's classmates, who informed her that the teenager had returned home alone, walking from the Taman Permainan Projek Perumahan Rakyat (PPR) Laksamana area, Jalan Peel, Kuala Lumpur, at around 5:00 PM," Mohamad Lazim said.

Authorities are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding her disappearance and will release further information as it becomes available. - March 8, 2025
