Reports said the reptile was discovered around 8.45pm yesterday - March 18, 2025

A PYTHON measuring 4.5 metres was found under a car along the road in Kampung Tabuan Dani in Kuching.

According to the Malaysian Civil Defence Force (APM), they also found 30 eggs near the snake which weighed around 50kg.

The snake was believed to be seeking shelter under the car, which was abandoned.

Reports said the reptile was discovered around 8.45pm yesterday and APM personnel took about two hours to capture it.

The snake and the eggs were later handed over to the Sarawak Wildlife Department for futher action. - March 18, 2025
