KUALA LUMPUR – The Inland Revenue Board’s (IRB) government special assistance (BKK) counters are open from today to handle Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR) appeals.

In a statement, the tax body said the counters are open from 8am to 12pm on workdays, and will serve the public only on an appointment basis.

“It is also limited to low-risk customers based on the MySejahtera application. Customers must comply with the standard operating procedures, such as scanning the MySejahtera app, wearing a mask, recording their body temperature and maintaining physical distancing.”

BPR-related inquiries can be directed to the BKK line at 1800-88-2747, which is open from 9am to 4pm, from Monday to Friday.
