The Sabah Chief Minister was discharged from the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) along with his wife this morning

KOTA KINABALU - Sabah chief minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Mohd Noor has recovered from Covid-19 and has been discharged from the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) this morning.

Also discharged is his wife, Datin Seri Hajah Julia Salag.

Hajiji who has expressed concerns over the surge in Covid-19 cases in the state said the state government will do its best to deal with the pandemic.

“The most important things is for the people to be disciplined, and adhere to the health standard operating procedures (SOP),” he said here today.

He also expressed gratitude to state health director Datuk Dr Christina Rundi, QEH I director Dr William Gotulis, infectious diseases unit chief Dr Lee Heng Gee, healthcare experts and nurses who had treated him and his wife while warded. – The Vibes, October 18, 2020
