SANDAKAN – A 1-year-old boy is missing while his father was injured after they were attacked by a crocodile near the marine base in Lahad Datu, this morning.

According to the Lahad Datu Fire and Rescue Department’s chief, Sumsoa Rashid, the victims were attacked when they were rowing a sampan at about 10.05am.

He said the department received a call on the incident at about 10.25am before a team rushed to the location and launched a search-and-rescue (SAR) operation.
