KUALA LUMPUR – The New Klang Valley Expressway’s left and middle lanes along the northbound Setia Alam-KLIA/Johor Baru/South stretch between KM9.0 and KM9.32 will be temporarily closed from Thursday to Sunday.

In a brief statement, highway concessionaire PLUS Malaysia Bhd (PLUS) said the closure from 10pm to 6am over the four days is for pavement rehabilitation works.

During the closure, highway users from Bukit Raja and Setia Alam heading to KLIA/Johor Baru/South (Elite Highway) are advised to exit the highway at the Shah Alam toll plaza and use Persiaran Gerbang Utama.

Highway users are advised to make a U-turn at a roundabout near Tengku Ampuan Jemaah Mosque in Bukit Jelutong.

However, the right lane of the affected stretch is still open only to Kuala Lumpur and Ipoh.

PLUS also advises highway users to adhere to traffic signages and instructions along the affected routes. – The Vibes, December 13, 2022
