ALL IT Hypermarket has brought back its e-waste recycling campaign, with consumers able to enter a lucky draw by handing over unwanted electronic items at its outlets.

The second edition of Tech The Emissions Down runs until Dec 31 and is being held with Atome and Blueshark Malaysia.

ALL IT said last year’s campaign drew more than 120,000 participants.

For this year’s programme, e-waste collection points have been made available at its outlets, with the collected items to be sent to authorised recycling partners.

Consumers can get one free lucky draw entry by recycling their unwanted electronics, with no purchase required.

A minimum spend of RM200 in a single transaction qualifies for another entry, while customers paying through Atome receive an additional entry.

Participants must register for an ALL IT Rewards Lite account through the retailer’s web application to record their entries.

Two Blueshark Solo 1C electric bikes are listed as the main prizes, with the winners due to be announced on Jan 8, 2027.

Three Apple MacBook Neo units with 512GB storage are also being offered, with one winner selected for each of the three draw periods.

The campaign is aimed at addressing the disposal of electronic waste, with ALL IT saying collected items will be channelled to authorised recyclers rather than being discarded as general waste.

ALL IT head of marketing Cagen Tan said the retailer wanted to provide consumers with a way to dispose of old electronic devices while encouraging greater awareness of e-waste.

Atome Malaysia head of BNPL Danny Lim said the company was supporting the campaign as its payment partner, while Blueshark Malaysia head of marketing strategy and communications Eric Lim said the collaboration also linked e-waste recycling with electric mobility.

The campaign runs until Dec 31, with participation subject to its terms and conditions.
