A LOT of our stress comes from the fact that we're living in the past or the future.

Equivalent to the past, we cannot change yesterday. And in many ways, we cannot anticipate what tomorrow might bring. Tomorrow is not guaranteed.  However, what we do know is that we have control over this very moment. When we focus all of our attention on the moment of now, that is what can anchor us into the present, and helps us to relax into the NOW.

When we can be present in the now, then thoughts of the past and the future - be it anxiety or worry - just fades away.

In this video, Jojo brings us through breathwork and a guided meditation to help release stress that you could be holding on to in your mind.

Breathwork can also help with not just releasing physical toxins, but even emotional anger or baggage.

Jojo's tip of the day - it is important to sit with your spine erect when doing any form of breathwork so that energy can rise from the base of your back. – The Vibes, January 23, 2021
