OUR fears can originate from any time period in our lives - be it from the past, present, or even future where we might be worrying about things that might never happen, yet the fears feel very ‘real’ indeed. Fears can hold us back and affect our lives on many different levels. Fears can also make us feel really ‘small’.

The solar plexus chakra, also called Manipura, is the energy centre for strength and balance. Located at your upper belly area and beneath your breastbone, the solar plexus chakra acts as the core of your personal power. This chakra governs personality, ego, identity and authenticity. It is associated with inner power, strength and courage.

By using the power of sound and your own voice, we rise above our fears by connecting with our inner warrior.

In order to face our fears, it’s important to feel stronger from within. So, in this session, Jojo brings us through a guided visualisation with vocal toning to connect with our solar plexus. – The Vibes, February 27, 2021
