DATUK Seri Anwar Ibrahim brought several of his grandchildren to his office in Perdana Putra, Putrajaya to see for themselves how he works.

In his latest upload on Facebook, the Prime Minister shared that his grandchildren complained that their grandfather was often away from home with work and attending various events.
"The grandchildren complained why I was rarely at home. They (they) don't know that my duties for the country are not easy.
"That's why I brought them to the office to see me work," he said in the entry, today.

Over the past few weeks, the Prime Minister's schedule has been packed with various programmes both domestically and internationally.
Last week, he attended the 12th ASEAN Finance Ministers' and Central Bank Governors' Meeting (AFMGM) in the capital, in addition to several domestic programmes.
Last Tuesday, he welcomed Chinese President Xi Jinping who was visiting Malaysia for three days.

The Prime Minister then left for Bangkok to meet with his Thai counterpart, Paetongtarn Shinawatra, to strengthen bilateral relations.
Anwar also met with Chairman of Myanmar’s State Administration Council (SAC), Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, and the Prime Minister of Myanmar’s National Unity Government (NUG), Mahn Win Khaing Than, towards resolving the conflict in the country and humanitarian assistance following the earthquake in Myanmar.

The Prime Minister also flew to Kuching to attend the Sarawak MADANI 2025 Aidilfitri celebrations at the Perpaduan Stadium, yesterday. – April 20, 2025
