A MAN was found dead in a four-wheel drive vehicle after being shot in front of a motorcycle dealership in Meru, Klang, this evening.
North Klang District Police Chief, ACP Vijaya Rao Samachulu said they received information regarding a shooting incident that occurred in Lorong Mahang 1, Taman Meru, Utama, at about 3.37 pm this evening.
He said initial investigations found that the victim, a 46-year-old local citizen, was found lying on his back, covered in blood, in the driver's seat.
The victim was confirmed dead by medical personnel.
"The case is being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code and a detailed investigation is underway to identify the suspect and the motive for the incident," he said in a statement today.

It was earlier reported that in the incident, at least six shots were believed to have been fired at the vehicle, penetrating the driver's side windscreen.
