AN ambulance driver - SyakirinSyafi - uploaded a TikTok video showing a group of Mat Rempits doing the Superman posture while racing along and blocking the North-South Highway.

"We were responding to an emergency call where a car skidded along the highway.

"We were rushing to the scene, and we encountered these 'not too clever' group of boys doing this nonsense in front of us.

"We sounded our horns, but they just ignored us.

"Haish ... they are really causing problems to others," he wrote.

The public have since expressed their anger and frustration with many calling on the authorities to take immediate action.

"What if it was your family member involved in the accident and waiting for the ambulance. Would you still be laughing?"

"They are not only endangering their lives, but that of others as well. PDRM please take immediate action," read some of the comments. – October 20, 2025
