KUALA LUMPUR – Police found the body of a 30-year-old man with stab wounds on the chest in an apartment in Taman Pandan Indah here yesterday afternoon.
Ampang district police chief Mohamad Farouk Eshak, in a statement last night, said the victim was found sprawled on a bed about 2pm.
“Police received a distress call from the family, who said a family member was unconscious in the bedroom.
“Preliminary checks on the victim’s body found stab wounds on the chest.
“The body was sent to Canselor Tuanku Muhriz Hospital. A post-mortem will be conducted tomorrow (today).”
He said it is believed that the man worked for a private company.
The probe is being conducted under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder. – Bernama, April 7, 2021
