KOTA KINABALU - Out of the 563 Covid-19 cases reported nationwide yesterday, 291 came from Sabah, while both deaths also came from the state.
The Health Ministry also said a new cluster has been identified in Kolong, which is located at the Keningau district.
According to a statement by the Sabah health department last night, Semporna recorded the highest number of new cases (98), followed by Kota Kinabalu (54), Sandakan (35), Tuaran (29), Papar (16), Putatan (12), and Lahad datu (11), while other districts recorded cases in single digits.
Total cumulative number of cases in Sabah stands at 4,621, with 2,688 active cases and 1,898 patients who have recovered. – The Vibes, October 13, 2020
