Marriage solemnisation, other Jais services postponed to June 30

SHAH ALAM – Marriage solemnisation ceremonies, or nikah, and all services provided by the Selangor Islamic Religious Department (Jais) have been postponed to June 30, following the implementation of the two-week Covid-19 lockdown beginning today.

In a Facebook post, the department said the matter has received the consent of Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah.
