KUALA LUMPUR – MySejahtera has once again developed several issues after numerous users were reportedly unable to access the app today.
Frustrated users, keen on getting on with their vaccination appointments, took to social media platforms to vent their frustrations.
Among the issues included failure loading the app, as well as failure to load vaccination appointment details, leading to unnecessary encumbrances.
This is what I get when opening the app. It asks to update health declaration then this. Tapping on "cancel" doesn't do anything either. pic.twitter.com/HUaI56uAzH

Several users were unable to get their vaccinations due to the issues affecting their app.
Dari pukul 11.30 mysejahtera tak boleh buka. Kat roadblock nak tunjuk kat polis pun tak boleh. Dah sampai PPV, rupanya system down. Masing2 terpaksa tunggu sejak pagi. Kesian kat org tua dengan oku. Please la, app guna hari2 kot. ??♀️??♀️

“MySejahtera cannot be opened since 11.30(am), I can’t even show it to the police at roadblocks. At the PPV Covid-19 vaccination centre), turns out the system is down. So many had to wait since morning. Pity for the old and OKU (disabled).”
Hi, was unable to access mine while i was in PPV just now. My appointment was for 12pm. Came there, they just checked using my IC, didn’t scan anything and now just saw everything updated on MySejahtera pic.twitter.com/d3GkrQsxOU

At press time, MySejahtera has yet to respond publicly to these complaints.
Last month, following numerous complaints on the app, MySejahtera had advised its users to uninstall and reinstall the app should it become unresponsive.
MySejahtera is an application developed by the government to assist in managing Covid-19 outbreaks in the country.
It allows users to perform a health self-assessment on themselves and their family members, as well as monitor their health progress throughout the pandemic. – The Vibes, July 13, 2021
