The three offences were allegedly committed at No.14, Tingkat Kikik 2, Taman Inderawasih, in Prai near here on October 12 at about 4am.

Zul Mazuan was charged with committing the three offences under Section 377B and Section 392 of the Penal Code, read together with Section 397 and Section 376(2)(b) of the Penal Code.
