KUALA LUMPUR – The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has temporarily shut down its Temerloh office branch and counters starting today, December 22, until further notice.
In a statement, it said that their decision is to ensure the safety and well-being of its members and staff, seeing that the flood situation is getting worse in Pahang.
“Members who have made prior appointments at the Temerloh EPF branch are advised to reschedule their visits to a later date when the flood situation eases.
“For urgent transactions, members may transact online via i-Akaun for selected services or visit EPF branches operating in unaffected areas,” EPF advised.
For clarification on EPF services and transactions, members can contact the EPF Contact Management Centre at 03-8922 6000 or refer to the EPF website.
It also reminded its members in affected areas to stay safe and seek assistance should they face any danger from the floods. – The Vibes, December 22, 2021
