KUALA LUMPUR – The post-mortem on one of the victims of a helicopter crash in Taman Melawati yesterday was completed at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Medical Centre at 11.30am today.

The remains of Commander (rtd) Mohamed Sabri Baharom, 56, were then brought to Khaled al Walid Mosque in Jalan Padang Tembak for funeral prayers, and then to his house in Taman Melati, before burial at the Raudhatul Sakinah Muslim cemetery in Batu Caves.

Bernama learnt that the post-mortem on the second victim, Mohd Irfan Fikri Mohamed Rawi, 41, is ongoing, and expected to be completed later today.

Irfan’s remains are expected to be buried at a cemetery in USJ22, Subang.

It is understood that Covid-19 tests conducted on the two bodies returned negative.

The incident yesterday saw two helicopters colliding in mid-air. Besides the two killed, two other people were injured. – Bernama, November 9, 2020
