KOTA KINABALU – Sabahans can now dine in at restaurants, although the conditional movement control order (CMCO) for the state has been extended to December 6.
Public bus services will also resume.
The new standard operating procedures released by the state National Security Council today maintained that inter-district travel is still banned during CMCO.
Restaurants, food stalls, food trucks, kiosks, food courts, roadside hawkers, and convenience and grocery stores are allowed to open from 6am to 10pm.
Sitting arrangements will be further reduced to ensure adherence to physical distancing. Physical distancing is also expected at retail stores, malls, and markets, which are allowed to operate from 6am to 10pm.
Taxis and e-hailing drivers can have a maximum of two passengers per vehicle, operating from 6am to midnight.
Non-contact sports and recreational activities are allowed with no more than 10 persons in a group.
The use of sporting facilities for training will be limited to not more than 10 persons at a time.
