KUALA LUMPUR – Voting for the historic six-state elections concluded this evening, with various quarters expressing concern and disappointment at the lower-than-expected flow of voters.

The six states being contested over are Penang and Kedah in the north; Selangor and Negri Sembilan in the central region; and Kelantan and Terengganu in the east.
