DR Chan Yan Jun is a Malaysian doctor who works for International SOS, a global healthcare provider. As part of her role, she has helped with the exceptionally successful roll out of our vaccines against Covid-19 here in Malaysia. This has helped her have both a global and local perspective on how the pandemic was handled.

Here, she shares how to ascertain if you are suffering from Long Covid – a phenomena that we don't yet have a full grasp on – as well as what are the best practices that can help you realise this, and how to recover from it quicker.
