TO enhance greater community involvement, Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd recently organised a duathlon, which is a combination of running and cycling.

The chief executive officer of Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, Chai Keng Wai, who officiated the event, said this was the first such event in Negri Sembilan and attracted participants from across the region.

“Sports is not just about achieving excellence in the field but also engaging in physical activities to maintain a healthy body and mind.

“Through sports, we can measure endurance, efficiency, and competitive spirit that shape dynamic individuals and societies,” he said.

He said the Matrix Duathlon reflected the company’s commitment to creating moments that bring people closer and have fun while doing it.

“Whether you’re a pro or trying this for the first time, the event is about celebrating every step and pedal, and the awesome spirit that makes our community stand out,” he said.

Also present was Negri Sembilan executive councillor for youth and sports Mustapha Nagoor and Negri Sembilan police chief Datuk Ahmad Dzaffir Mohd Yussof. – The Vibes, November 27, 2023
