NATIONAL squash player S. Sivasangari is out of the El Gouna International after losing to Egypt’s World No 3 Nouran Gohar.

The 13th-ranked Sivasangari lost in straight sets 11-6, 11-8, 11-4 to the tournament’s second seed in the second round.

Egyptian Nouran was just too strong for Sivasangari, who had come into the tournament on a high after winning the recent London Classic.

The Asian champion could not get going against Nouran’s solid game, and lost in just 29 minutes. – April 21, 2024.
