ALL eyes turned to Pakatan Harapan's Kuala Kubu Baharu candidate Pang Sock Tao who this morning arrived at a polling centre with her identical twin sister Pang Sock Ying.

Both clad in white shirts, arrived at SJKC Khing Ming at around 8.40am.

"I hope all the voters in Kuala Kubu Baharu fulfil their responsibility and cast their vote. I urge them to go out and vote early as the weather can be unpredictable."

"I also hope today's voting process will run smoothly," she said.

Twins Chan Sher Er dan Chan Sher Ni were thrilled to see that the candidate has a twin.

“We were shocked as we did not know Pang had a twin,” they said after voting at the Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Cina (SJKC) Khing Ming.

They quickly snapped pictures with Pang and her twin.

Pang is in a four-way fight for the Kuala Kubu Baharu seat against Perikatan Nasional’s Khairul, Parti Rakyat Malaysia’s Hafizah Zainuddin and independent candidate Nyau Ke Xin.

The seat fell vacant following the death of three-term DAP assemblyman Lee Kee Hiong on March 21 from cancer. – May 11, 2024
