THE Ministry of Finance has confirmed that the retail prices of petroleum products will remain unchanged for the period from 27 March to 2 April 2025.
In a statement today the ministry said the decision follows the Automatic Pricing Mechanism (APM) formula for weekly retail pricing.
According to the announcement, the fuel prices are as follows:
- RON97 petrol will continue at RM3.28 per litre.
- RON95 petrol will remain at RM2.05 per litre.
- Diesel in Peninsular Malaysia will stay at RM3.03 per litre.
- Diesel in Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuanwill hold at RM2.15 per litre.
The government has assured that it will continue to closely monitor global crude oil price fluctuations and will take necessary steps to safeguard the welfare and well-being of the Malaysian public in light of any significant changes in the international market.
“The Ministry of Finance remains committed to ensuring that the cost of living is kept manageable for all Malaysians,” it added. - March 26, 2025
